Missions and Cultural Relations Division Tasks

1- Sending nominations of faculty members (teachers and staff) to the department of missions and cultural relations at the university presidency to participate in external scientific and cultural activities (conferences, seminars, training courses, various workshops).
2- Sending the names of the teaching gentlemen to the department of missions and cultural relations in the presidency of the university to obtain approvals for their dispatch outside the country.
3- Sending the activities of the delegates to the department of missions and cultural relations after their return from outside the country after collecting and documenting them.
4- Sending nominations of faculty members (teachers and staff) to the Department of Missions and Cultural Relations at the University Presidency to compete for study seats outside the country within channels (study missions, fellowships and school holidays as well as special fellowships and missions of the
High Committee for the Development of Education in Iraq) after ensuring that applicants are covered by the conditions of application for the said tuition channels.
5- Follow-up of the course of study and the duration of the study leave after the candidates travel outside the country and start academic study in coordination with the Department of Missions and Cultural Relations at the Presidency of the University.
